My name is Ashley. I am currently a Registered Nurse working at Intermountain Medical Center on the Neuro/Medical Unit. I have been working with them as a charge nurse for about a year now, and another year as a floor nurse. Prior to that I worked at Cleveland Clinic in Florida on the Telemetry/Medicine floor.

The purpose of this blog is to take you through my journey in my NURS 4500 class at Utah Valley University where I will be exploring leadership concepts to help me gain skills that are necessary for the the nursing world and nursing leadership.
